Self Help Guide

There are quite a lot of self help methods out there and it isn’t easy for those seeking to improve themselves to find the method that is most appropriate for them.

We at OurBestSelfHelp have a lot of own experiences of self help and our intention is to share some of that  knowledge with you on this page and try to make the choice easier.

(This will be a growing task so please have some patience during the build up.  Comments and opinions are welcome.)

So here’s a first try to split self help into different approaches:

Our definition of self help: A method or approach you can learn, either by attending a course or by reading a book or listening to videos etc, and use on your self to improve. I.e. no other person should be needed for the self help work.

I will first line up the various approaches and later on expand on them.
