You should set up a landing page, ask what young people are most concerned about, send traffic to that page and see what you get. That is much better than trying to figure it out on your own. Just ask your target market what they want/need.

start working our regularly. it will make you feel more in-shape and it will make you happier (endorphins are released when you work out, which improves your happiness level).
if you aren't motivated to work out, sign up for some workout classes (yoga, aerobics, water aerobics) and workout with friends! it will make it more fun.

also, try getting a fresh haircut. that always makes me feel made over and more confident :)

Start a workout routine. Exercise stimulates various brain chemicals, which may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. You'll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Exercise even reduces feelings of depression and anxiety.

Also call over a good friend and tell them to make you over! Just a new hair cut will work!!

I have often wondered this myself. My husband & I both like to read & two of our three boys enjoy it also. The third is only 5, but he enjoys learning to read also.
Reading improves the vocabulary & it stimulates the imagination. It also helps to improve spelling skills. Something I have noticed would do MANY of the people on Yahoo Answers a world of good. It gives your brain something to chew on besides watching t.v. all day & pickling it or sitting in front of computer. T.V. does not stimulate the brain & keep it active. Neither does a computer or video games. Reading makes the brain HAVE to work...
That is most likely why there are so many people who do not read & it shows in the way they talk & the fact that they cannot carry on an intelligent conversation about anything but music & celebrities.....
