I was writing a young adult book & than i discovered that ‘he’s just not that into you’ is the same thing. so What is another idea, why is a common thing a late teen-young adult would like a self help book about? that isn’t college.
There was this book in Essence Magazine, i believe either May or June Issue, It was a self help book, it was a red book and endorsed by Oprah. I was hoping someone could help me by finding out the name of the book for me.
There is so much amazing information and literature available, how is it that a great many people do not read, and instead prefer to watch television or go to bars? I am trying to understand the mindset. If I sound condescending, I am sorry; that is not my intent. I would love to hear perspectives from people who do not read for pleasure.
I am looking into refining my personality and habits that I wish I didn’t have. Certain things and ways I treat people, I don’t want to do them anymore. I just want to be aware of certain things and have an effective way of changing certain things that I don’t find appealing.
I am trying to discover more of my self and have read some good self help books but looking for more! Any suggestions? Look to make my self more open, social and better, from time management, anger, organization, social skills and growing up! Any titles helpful!
